Exercise makes sex better by like a hundred times over. That’s common knowledge now. But Yoga can change your entire sexual experience altogether! The experts have said it and well, if you practice it, then you know what I’m talkin’, love!
Yeah, not a lot of guys dig Yoga too much. However, if you’re hooking up tonight, or if you have a steady relationship with a chance of sex on the cards tonight, tell her to get into Yoga position and get ready to hit next-level satisfaction! Trust me when I say, you’re never going to want vanilla sex, ever again.
1. Plow Pose
Also known as the Halasana.
Get her to lie on the flat of her back with her legs bent and held straight over her torso in such a way that her knees pulled towards her chest and are in parallel to her mouth and nose, while her feet are kept together.
You need to hold her lower back in place with your hands gently and keep her balance in proportion. Then, depending on the height of your surface, you can either kneel, or stand behind her, if you’re at the edge of the bed.
According to Debby Herbernick, PhD and Author, The Coregasm Workout, this position allows for deeper penetration. This position is especially good if you aren’t as well endowed and want maximum cervical contact.
2. Standing Straddle Forward Bend
Also known as the Prasarita Padottanasana.
Get her to stand with her feet at a parting distance of around 3 to 4 feet, depending on how flexible she may or may not be. Help to bend her torso low enough so that her chest is leveling her knees while her hands are at the sides holding her ankles.
You get behind her and thrust while holding her at the hips to keep her balance.
This particular position is good for two things—anal and vaginal sex. For anal, it gives you the best angle and lets the experience be as pleasurable for her. For vaginal sex, this particular position lets you reach her front wall, doubling the pleasure, says Herbernick.
3. Downward Dog
Get her on all fours and let her place her hands a few inches further away from her shoulders, with her knees falling directly under her hips. Then ask her to place her palms flat on the surface she is resting on and push her hips towards the ceiling so that her body is in the shape on an inverted ‘V’.
Then, just stand behind her in the space between her legs for maximum body contact and do your thing. Just like in the previous position, this pose is ideal for vaginal stimulation to the maximum. It’s also a slightly improvised version of the Doggy-style.
4. Three-Legged Dog Pose
So basically, while your partner is in the Downward Dog position, you can get her to raise either of her legs up towards your shoulder, angled so that you can either hold it a little above your shoulder, or rest it on your shoulder.
This position gives you more space to move around while you’re inside her. It’s an easy angle for you to stimulate her. This pose also gives you more rhythm, movement, girth and style to try out and thrust deeper for maximum penetration and stimulation.
5. Bridge Pose
Get her to lie flat on her back with her hands to her side and her legs bent upwards at the knees. Get her to spread her feet apart from each other, enough to make room for you to cosy up in the nook. Then, keeping her head rested against the surface, get her to lift her torso up in the air with the help of her hips so as to form a straight line from her knees o her shoulders.
According to Herbernick, some women experienced heightened stimulation while doing this pose even during there is daily yoga sessions (and without any help from you). So, if you’re going to need a little help finishing her off, this should be your go-to pose tonight.
Get her to sit on her heels in a kneeling position. And then, gently let her lean her torso towards her lower half so that her chest is touching her knees. Then, get her to stretch her arms out above her head.
Kneel behind her, or if she is at the edge of the bed, you can stand, then, hold her around her waist, lightly and enter her.
Through this pose, the lower back pushes against her inner walls so that it’s comfortably tight and you can feel her inside closing in on you as you enter her—super intimate.
7. Reclining Bound Angle Pose
Also known as the Supta Baddha Konasana.
Get her to lie flat on her back with her legs bent so her knees are pointing outwards and the soles of her feet are touching each other, to form a diamond shape.
You then, kneel over her with your legs positioned comfortably in the empty space created between her legs. Hold her by the hip and enter.
This position makes not only for great eye contact to increase the level of emotional intimacy; it also helps you relax and enjoy the experience with your girl.
8. Ananda Balasana

Get her to lie flat on her back and then slowly raise her legs, bent at the knees, a little towards the outside, so that her toes are at level with her arms. Then, let her touch the midsoles of her feet with the help of her hands.
You kneel over her with your hands gently gripping the sides of her hips. Arch your torso at some point, when things get heated, she can wrap her legs around your torso and pull you deeper inside her for deeper penetration.
Get her to lie flat on her stomach with her hands bent over in level with her shoulders, palms facing downwards. Then, get her to lift her torso upwards while her lower half is still rested on the surface, till her hands are completely stretched out straight and her upper body is almost upright. Ensure her legs are slightly parted.
Slip between that little space and hold her by her waist, while you enter her.
This position lets you reach her inner wall and gives you the best access to her G-Spot, while letting your hands roam to give her some upper body action as well.

Sit both yourselves down in a cross-legged pose so that you are facing one another. Then, get her to move in closer so that she can place her legs on top of yours and around your waist while your arms are wrapped around her, holding each other close.
Not only is this a really good improvisation for her to be on top and take charge; but it also lets you move in different, yet, well coordinated rhythm and match your moves to one another, while maintaining very sexy eye contact. Also, you get to kiss. This is the best.
11. Wheel Pose
A slightly advanced level of the bridge pose, the wheel requires her to raise her mid section towards the ceiling as high as she can so that her legs and arms are completely outstretched to form an inverted ‘U’.
You could either kneel between her legs or if she is on an elevated surface, you could stand. This could change the way you have sex for so many reasons! One, it lets you go down on her effortlessly with great angle to manipulate rhythm and movement. Two, this really gives you more room to play around, while still being the one who controls it; if you know what I mean.
